Zayed City Offices is a landmark commercial development in Abu Dhabi’s emerging Zayed City district. Gulf Coast Electro-Mechanical delivered the complete MEP package including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems.

The project required coordination with multiple stakeholders including AL RAKHA Contracting, TARAF Communities Real Estate and Khatib & Alami consultants. Our team deployed advanced BIM coordination to ensure clash-free installation across all disciplines.

Currently in the final stages of completion, this project showcases our capability to deliver large-scale commercial MEP works to the highest international standards within demanding timelines.
