Proposed Residential Building G+2P+27F+Roof Plot 9, Sector RT6  

    The project involves the construction of a residential building located at Plot 9, Sector RT6, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The building will consist of a Ground Floor, 2 Podium Floors, 27 Floors, and a Roof (G+2P+27F+Roof). The project duration is 24 months, including design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. The MEP contractor will be responsible for the complete electrical, fire-fighting, fire alarm, central battery, HVAC, plumbing, BMS, and external MEP works. All works must comply with UAE authority regulations, approved project drawings, specifications, and consultant and client requirements. The contractor must submit drawings, material approvals, method statements, calculations, and inspection documents before and during construction. All installed systems must be properly tested and commissioned, and any defects identified during inspections must be corrected immediately. At project completion, the contractor must provide as-built drawings, warranties, operation and maintenance manuals, testing and commissioning reports, and all required authority approvals for final handover
