Residential Tower, Maryah Island

The Residential Tower on Maryah Island is a premium high-rise development situated in Abu Dhabi’s prestigious financial district. Gulf Coast was engaged to deliver all MEP services from basement to rooftop.

Our scope encompassed LV/MV electrical distribution, central chilled water HVAC systems, domestic and firefighting plumbing networks, and intelligent building management systems integration.

Working alongside AL DIYAR General Contracting and BEAD Architects, the project is progressing on schedule with handover anticipated in the coming months.
